Lorraine
I'm in the market for a food processor. For those of you who use food processors, any brand-names I should avoid or any suggestions as to the best one for the best price to get? I'm eyeing a Hamilton Beach: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KHLN7K2?linkCode=xm2&tag=goodhousekeeping_auto-append-20&ascsubtag=[artid|10055.a.26064214[src|[ch|[lt| What do you think? I liked it because it came with an Ice Crusher attachment...at least it did at the time I bought it...

But then again, anything can be cleaned as long as you can reach it or figure out how to reach it.
edhunter
I love mine but it's pretty basic. I think it was 30 bucks at Walmart. Wifey wanted an air fryer for Christmas. My brain started frying trying to figure out which one to get, so I made an executive decision. Rather than blow her entire budget on the wrong one, I told her to study them and decide which one she wanted, and we'll get it with the tax return.

pjbear05
OMG, wish I came across this sooner. I got taken twice by buying Hamilton Beach, a food processor and a microwave. They look like good deals, but in the end they turn out to be cheap, poorly performing garbage. Better to spend a couple dollars more in the beginning and get a producct that will work well enough in the long run.

It doesn't cook well at all and I just stopped using it. I never got another one because I don't know which brand is reliable. I'm not too impressed with their products either.
