JohnnyBlaze
Smart trailer as they can’t show too much and want to continue the tone (at least at the start) from Avengers 3. Will certainly see this. Avengers 3 is one of my top 3 MCU flicks.
Principled Man
Smart trailer as they can’t show too much and want to continue the tone (at least at the start) from Avengers 3. They would be fools to show too much. Fans are dying to know how Thanos is defeated and who gets to do it. This should be one of the best kept secrets evah. I was a bit nervous when I clicked it on. I didn't want to see too many spoilers.....

Principled Man
Question about Hawkeye: OK, so Hawkeye is supposedly taking on the "Ronin" persona (a lone warrior), which has been assumed by several characters in Marvel comics. Won't this cause much confusion for non-hard core Marvel comics fans? The character of Ronan - the Kree fanatic - was killed in Guardians Of The Galaxy, and he is also appearing in Captain Marvel. To answer your question: There won’t be a need to say “Ronin”. I’d guess it’d be used once (if that). I can imagine Black Widow telling Cap or other Avengers that she saw Clint then explain that “he was like/thinks he’s some kind of ronin”. And that’d be the end of that. Fan boys would get their ronin and non fans wouldn’t be confused one bit since they already know him as Clint or Hawkeye. Also, I don’t remember the word “Hawkeye” being used in Avengers 1. I think he was just referred to as “Clint”, “Barton”, or “The Hawk”.

Principled Man
Predictions? Who dies? Surprise villain(s) appearance? My predictions are quite tame compared to others that I've seen. I see this film as a farewell to the original Avengers, so Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Black Widow, & Hawkeye will get lots of screen time. Ant-Man and Captain Marvel and the Guardians will have important roles, but the bulk of the story will be about the Original Six. As for some of them dying (for good), I really don't know. I don't think it's a lock that anyone will die. I do believe that the Soul Stone will play an important role. The soul of Gamorah may still haunt Thanos. I've heard lots of predictions of time-travel, so I hope that if it does happen, it's done intelligently. I just want the film to be done WELL. I don't expect it to be better than Infinity War, as that film was magnificent!

I don't expect it to be better than Infinity War, as that film was magnificent! I hear what you’re saying about crazy predictions Here are my thoughts on the original 6... - Hemsworth won’t be done. He’s only 35, he’s getting more popular, and he likes playing Thor. - RDJ is too big to stop doing MCU stuff completely. - Can’t imagine Ruffa-Hulk stopping either. Hulk is just too good of a character to NOT appear in other hero movies like Spidey, (future) Fantastic Four, etc. - Hawkeye has been too much of a side character for his death to mean much so he can die or not...but if he does die it’ll be as meaningless as Quicksilver’s death.- Black Widow has her prequel solo flick coming up so she could die but I don’t see the point of her to. - Cap seems to be the one people speculate the most about dying but they also predicted his death in Civil War and Avengers 3. With all the Infinity Stones I can imagine him dying but it not being permanent.

JohnnyBlaze
A new, 30-second teaser from last night. Look sharp, or you'll miss everything! Like what? I wouldn’t think too deeply as the MCU has given trailers with false info before. In the Infinity War trailer the fake bit was Hulk charging behind Cap alongside other Avengers. Yet that never happened. I bet there’s at least one scene in the Endgame trailer that isn’t completely accurate

Hell, I’d be fine with a 4 hour beast

Infinity War was 2.5 hours so I guess Endgame (which is closing out the first 3 MCU) probably needs the full 3 hours.
