pjbear05
Van Morrison, Thin Lizzy, and Enya. But Clannad not on this list, that's just wrong. "Legend" (soundtrack for Robin of Sherwood, ITV 1984) is amazing!
Rutlefan
I like most of these, dislike none, but U2 and MBV stand out for me, esp MBV.
Hatchetaxe&saw
It's a little surprising that the corrs weren't surrounded by some songwriters and pushed a little harder than they were. The modern music scene is heavily dominated by image and the sisters were all easy on the eyes (especially Andrea) and I'm told that the women even fancied Jim. I'm sure it's a bit late at this point though. They're an awful stain on my country's musical heritage. I wish their parents never met. Wrong. I'll relent on Caroline. I do like the way she beats a drum, a very high stroke. Most fetching & quite trouser re-arranging.

Stinkerbell
I like early U2 stuff, but once Zooropa came and beyond I felt they went downhill. So I chose The Cranberries as I love a lot of there songs from all of there albums. Dolores O'Riordan also has one of the best female voice in rock.
