Haven't been to a doctor or anything yet, but damn if milk and yogurt haven't been destroying me lately. I just got my first thing of almond milk to experiment with it, and hot damn it's pretty good! Poured it over some vanilla granola with almonds. Tasty! Anyone have their lactose intolerance start up in their mid-20's? Milk and yogurt are what I've noticed so far, can't really tell with slices of cheese on a sandwich or anything.
