Ged said in an interview a while back that they tried it and it sounded bad and as much as the fans want to hear songs from that era if they don't like how it sounds they won't play them. I wouldn't mind a lot of the older stuff in a lower register so Ged could sing it, just so I could hear it again live.

Great revue Earl! I didn't go to this one (and I'm kicking myself now) because I was not familiar with Coheed and Cambria and I wasn't sure I wanted to go to the worst venue here in Denver anyway. Maiden playing Phantom of the Opera would be too cool, sorry I missed that.

2112! Geddy has never called the band metal, but he has said in interviews that they are a hard rock band. Get over the metal thing Ducky!

I've seen this on FB and from what I've seen a number of people have gotten him tickets/hotel etc. for him to see shows, so he looks like he's in better shape now. People sending him t-shirts, etc to build up a collection of merchandise.

Without the narration I would have been lost. I don't ever remember a hosting city spending so much time on the history of their country, but then I'm old The lighting of the torch, the fireworks and McCartney were awesome though.

Unfortunately he may just get that insanity plea he is sure to claim. He was under the care of a psychiatrist that specializes in schizophrenia. Even worse days before the shooting happened he sent a notebook to the school where she worked explaining what he planned to do (the shooting) even drawing diagrams.

Since I don't have a twitter account I will find someone who is posting it live (usually Power Windows) via a board or FB and find out that way.

I live about 20 miles from the shooting and I am sick and tired of seeing his mug everywhere! As said before, we need to think of the victims and the survivors, who must now rebuild their lives. He has had more than his 15 minutes of fame, lets not give him any more notoriety.
