  5. Lady goes into dentist. Dentist says "Youre going to need a root canal." Lady says "Ooooh, ouch Id rather have a baby!" Dentist says "Well tell me which one you want because I have to adjust the chair." lol
  6. "Lawyers, huh? Your briefs are showing."
  7. I got two words for you, shut the f-ck up! "You wanna know why you have an ulcer? It's because you have two forms of expression: silence and rage." Simply awesome. "Youre gonna have fistophobia!"
  8. I got two words for you, shut the f-ck up!
  9. I have a copy of the Toronto show off of T4E Tour. It's very similar to Different Stages, except I get 3 lives songs that Different Stages didn't include for some reason (and that I have never heard live since!) They are Half The World (my fav on T4E), Limbo and Virtuality. Virtuality is a damn good song. Half The World and Limbo are awesome also. I never understood why they only released part of the Toronto 97 Show on Video. I have a video bootleg of that show and I'm certain they filmed more footage than what was released. Virtuality is completely outdated lyrically and almost seems silly now to me. Which is a shame because it is a rip roaring f-cking piece of music. Music in the Abstract had a version of Virtuality on their website that took out the "net boy, net girl" chorus and it actually made it a much better song IMO. Musically that song is a beast though, you're right. Right, that f-cking guitar riff through the song could knock a 150 ft. oak tree over form a mile away...
  10. The goofballs probably mixed it in on purpose because they found it funny. Well of course they did... But when I heard it in my head whilst listening to the studio version, I would have told our merry band of men to leave it out. Yuck! lol
  11. "It's OK Alex, shake it off...." The most annoying clip of any Rush album at any time. I didn't need to or want to hear that, Alex didn't need the guidance, the fan was being a total goober, and I wish they mixed that out. Yes, still annoyed all these years later....

  13. 2112-MP Such a boring answer but that period was simply epic and defined who they were. Still gems aplenty before AND after that period...
  14. I watched Smokey and The Bandit for the first time in a long long while. Quotable, classic, still hilarious. Jackie Gleason absolutely critical...
  15. What the f-ck is a frush? Long live Booger.
  16. Just watched this. I enjoyed it. Maron was great.
  17. I recently listened to the audiobook of Masked Rider. A great story,, but really something else hearing it in his voice..
  18. I saw the liiiiggght I saw the liiiiggghhttttttt
  19. I thought that was a bit weak. After Dad's Army those writers got progressively weaker, starting with Are you Being Served, then It Ain't Half Hot Mum, and Hi Di Hi, Allo Allo, You Rang M'Lord, each one worse than the last. Spot on! I have a sentimental spot for AYBS because it was one of the early ones I watched. It wasnt tremendous, but like a comfortable old pair of shoes it was fun to watch. Anyone else like Yes, Minister? I wasn't a massive fan of Yes Minister, but it was obviously a clever piece of work with top notch acting. I liked it, and interestingly, many of the same issues covered then are still prevalent today! Funny too - Ive read that Hacker was supposed to be a centrist Tory, but upon watching it I thought he was a liberal.. lol. What other British sitcoms did you like, apart from the obvious Fawlty? I havent watched a ton, but liked keeping up appearances, as time goes by, aybs, Yes Minister and Prime Minister, Last of the summer wine, Still Game, The young ones, waiting for god. But keep in mind this is based a LOT on what was available on PBS, I didnt have a lot of choice....
