I'm curious to know what you guys think/want the opening video(s) to be like. Knowing them, they'll come up with a funny skit. I wonder if they'll have a video to open up the second half (and take up a little time). I don't think they'll really tie in a little bit of everything from their career since they pretty much did that on the Time Machine Tour. Thoughts?

I'm surprised that the last show of this leg is in LA. But then again, they played in California towards the end of the first leg on the CA tour so you never know if there's more to come.

i think a lot of people here have some very high hopes for anything earlier than permanent waves.

he graduated from high school in '85 just like my parents so he must be around their age. but im not gonna accept the offer.

i doubt this is their last tour. i have a feeling they will do smaller tours in the future. as long as they can still tour im happy.

Oh, they should play at least one song from Counterparts. I'd be happy if they played Totem or Driven since those are the only good songs on T4E.

That song is so much better live than the studio version in my opinion. Even though they played it last tour I really wouldn't mind hearing it again.

I want them to open up with One Little Victory. I'd also love to hear Jacob's Ladder and/or Losing It. Maybe some stuff from Grace Under Pressure.

That's a tough question. I would probably check him out first. See if you have any friends in common, see if anybody really knows him in real life. If you have any weird feelings about it at all, walk away. I don't have a very bad feeling about this, but I would just feel very guilty and undeserving if i did accept the offer so I won't. There's just too many things that could go wrong if i did.

I made a post in a Rush Facebook group about getting a job to save up for tickets. Some random dude commented and offered to buy tickets for me. At first I thought he was joking until he messaged me saying that he's serious. Now of course I'm not gonna take his offer because it seems kinda sketchy, and I already applied for a job. Personally I want to work for the tickets so it'll be much more rewarding, and I can help my family get decent seats. Would you accept an online stranger's offer for Rush tickets?

I am. I'm in a lot of Rush groups which take up most of my news feed. I don't post in those groups or on my own profile a whole lot but i do comment on group posts. My love for Rush is mostly expressed here and on Tumblr.

no not yet :sigh: i heard my dad say he wants to see them on the last show at The Forum (i really dont care if its the last show, I just want to see them). i also heard him mention floor seats. my mom said that floor seats aren't always the best option depending on how far you are. if we can get close enough floor seats then that'll be great but if not then i'd rather sit on one of the side lodges. when my family saw them we were in the nosebleeds. i mean, it was still a great experience and thankfully we brought binoculars, but i want decent or semi-decent seats.

i really hope i can see them in Irvine or Los Angeles. it would be great to see both those shows but that's a long shot. i'm even considering getting applying for jobs in order to help my family save up for tickets. i mean, i need a job as it is but Rush tickets will be a great incentive for me.

Im definitely going to see them in Austin (its outside, a Saturday, and my birthday), considering Tulsa and Dallas as well thats my birthday too! too bad i don't live in Texas.
