  1. Just found this... QUOTE (farcryoverspilledmilk @ Sep 6 2012, 12:39 PM)If they stick to the rumored 3 hours and 10 mins of music they have planned then there is plenty of time for this. Intro Prelude - Hemispheres The Big Money Limelight Subdivisions The Pass Time Stand Still Caravan BU2B Clockwork Angels The Anarchist Carnies Halo Effect Seven Cities of Gold Intermission The Wreckers Headlong Flight BU2B2 Wish Them Well The Garden Losing It Manhattan Project Marathon Nobody's Hero Where's My Thing? Drum Solo Alex Solo The Trees Xanadu Jacobs Ladder Encore Malignant Narcissism The Spirit of Radio Tom Sawyer 2112 Overture/Temples/Grand Finale Anyone else think it's just a little bit of a coincidence that farcryoverspilledmilk happened to guess four of the songs from the supposed "confirmed" songs list in his setlist prediction from a couple days ago? They all follow each other too... Guessing TSoR or TS isn't anything unusual but the fact that he guessed HALF of songs he just happened to learn were on the setlist TODAY does raise some questions over the validity of this thread.
  2. QUOTE (shail @ Sep 6 2012, 04:47 PM) This guy is pulling everyone's chains. They are not playing loosing it or anything off power windows or HYF. The crap people post. I'd say Losing It is very likely actually. Starting to think this might be a troll thread to get us riled up before the actual setlist tomorrow though...
  3. QUOTE (dtpoet @ Sep 6 2012, 01:56 PM)Also, the reality is that the guys are getting older. People tend to mellow as they get older. view life through different lenses then they did 10, 20 years before. SO while at first it surprised me to hear a song like Second Nature being thrown around, with a little thinking, it kind of makes sense. THerefore, it doesn't surprise me to hear that more "mellow" songs would be included in the setlist. Yet they just put out one of their hardest albums...
  4. QUOTE (circumstantial tree @ Sep 6 2012, 01:49 PM) and of course, Chemistry is the opening song.
  5. QUOTE (dtpoet @ Sep 6 2012, 01:16 PM) Based upon latest rumors - hope I dont regret it SET 1 far cry limelight driven animate nobody's hero kid gloves YYZ subdivisions analog kid new world man losing it manhattan project Jacobs ladder SET 2 (flux) caravan bu2b Clockwork angels anarchist carnies wreckers headlong flight (solo) bu2b2 wish them well Garden second nature marathon spirit of radio ENCORE overture Temples lavilla Tom sawyer If Jacob's Ladder were in the set, surely that guy would have mentioned it?
  6. Anyone think that three "ballady" (By Rush standards anyway) songs is a bit much? I like Second Nature but I'd definitely swap it out for something else. Same with Nobody's Hero. Losing It can stay though.
  7. Also, I'm not too thrilled that they're swapping the CA songs from show to show. If they don't play both The Anarchist and Carnies the night I see them...
  8. Nobody's Hero... I'm excited for the rest though...did he happen to mention anything else?
  9. Signals in its entirety? Doubtful. 4-5 songs (Subdivisions, The Analog Kid, New World Man, Losing It, The Weapon) off of Signals? Likely.
  10. Cripes! That is some beautiful swag! My wallet may be empty come my show in October. The "Angels Over All" t-shirt is my personal favorite.
  11. QUOTE (Tombstone Mountain @ Sep 6 2012, 11:03 AM) Uh Oh--here starts the countdown..when will it all end? It's hard to say. I feel like CA would be a fantastic send-off album but I still see the energy the boys command on stage...even at their age it's impressive. I think there might be three more major tours in them left. Clockwork Angels R40 Farewell Tour MAAAYBE they can squeeze in one final album (To round it up to a solid 20 studio albums) between R40 and the farewell tour...maybe not. It's up to them and nobody else.
  12. Are you guys seriously entertaining the idea of a vocalist other than Geddy singing for at their own concert? SHAME ON YOU.
  13. My gut says Working Man is going to get dropped, but will anything take its place? Possibly In The Mood?
  14. He keeps mentioning 3.5 hour shows, but will that REALLY be the case? I sure hope so.
  15. Anyone remember that review back in May that said Halo Effect was a shoe-in for a LIVE staple? I mean, I like the song a lot but it's nowhere near that caliber.
  16. QUOTE (LeaveMyThingAlone @ Sep 5 2012, 10:02 AM) Outside of a few songs, the setlist isn't too hard to figure out (the order excluded). Let's look at the Snakes and Arrows tour...they played 23 songs plus 3 for the encore Staples: Tom Sawyer, Spirit, Limelight, La Villa, 2112, Subdivisions, YYZ, Freewill, Working Man, Xanadu, The Trees, Closer to the Heart, Red Barchetta, Out of those 13 songs, let's assume 10 of those Then we have Clockwork Angels. I am guessing 9 songs from CA (if they don's play the whole album) So there's 19 songs. That leaves 7 "surprises". Count on Far Cry and One Little Victory. Ok, so that leaves 5. Pretty sure we're getting at least 2 more from Signals-Losing It and New World Man are my guesses. So now we have 3....your guess is as good as mine, I'd say Jacob's Ladder will make it this time....2 left...how about Dreamline and Leave that thing alone Ok, there's the setlist. A well educated and logical setlist yes? I don't think that's a large enough set for 3.5 hours. Are you counting on a possible 3-song encore?
  17. I can see half of those making the cut. Jacob's Ladder, Middletown Dreams/Manhattan Project (One or the other), A Farewell to Kings, The Weapon, Kid Gloves
  18. QUOTE (Snaked @ Sep 5 2012, 08:05 AM) Shameless bump. Follow @RUSHinNH if you want spoilers from NH I actually think that I will. It's more fun waiting in anticipation for LIVE song to song spoilers rather than just reading over an entire list.
  19. QUOTE (Phantom @ Sep 5 2012, 04:49 AM) With 2 days to go, in this day and age, I'm stunned that nothing substantial has leaked. I predict we'll get SOME details today.
  20. I think they're dropping Freewill this tour. Just a gut feeling. I hope so too. Would rather hear Jacob's Ladder and Different Strings if three PeW songs are played (SoR is a given).
