So far, according to police statements, no drugs were found at the scene and it doesn't look like a suicide (no note). Guess he was found sitting upright in a chair at home. Natural causes at 50? That's......crazy. I'm really eager to find out what happened. I've been surprisingly upset about it. Not 6 months ago hubby saw GWAR and raved about the show. He said next time they come around, he would take me. This sucks. RIP Dave.

I am mighty impressed Highway is on the list, instead of Back In Black! lol refreshing, even if they are so not metal ;) This is one of those lists that can be changed and re-arranged hundreds of different ways. No way it can be limited to only ten hahaha But I like the choices on here. Well, besides Guns N Roses. But that's just because I find Axl to be a whiny bitch and I like Slash's post-GNR work much more. Just me.

About as handy as a squirrel trying to change a lightbulb with a chainsaw LOL I'm very lucky- hubby knows aaallllll about that stuff. He fixes EVERYTHING in his parents' place, he'll even go under their trailer and fix issues lol. Only thing he refuses to do is anything electrical. My in laws have every single tool, every single canister/bottle of anything you could ever imagine you could need to fix random things. Someday I hope to know how to use them!! lol

It's not a big deal. Also we had crushes before we were even together. It's not like I can turn off my Trent Reznor, Alan Rickman, or Steve Nash crushes just like that, hehehehe. Omg..! Alan Rickman and that voice..! :drool: Just him whispering in my ear would be enough. I don't need to even be touched to have "the big finish" hahahahaha his voice would be enough for sure!

Today is truly a great day. :) Indeed. ;) Two things excite me today! First, Lucy learned the chorus to The Weapon and sang it out loud while listening to it with headphones :dweez: And second, I have officially started early planning for her 4th bday party! It's in July, but considering I thought of at least 40 people who would be invited just off the top of my head, I need to have everything in place lol (trust me- the kids WILL outnumber the adults!) Lucy asked for a Power Rangers party, and wants a pink ranger pinata lol going to the gigantic park up the road! It's going to be so fun!!!!

Cheap Trick's In Color album has 2 versions out: the "official" release, and the 1998 re-recorded version produced by Steve Albini. (According to the band, it was recorded again because they wanted to do it the way they originally intended.) I have always adored the Albini version a thousand times more than the other.

Alan Rickman is DEFINITELY one of my stranger older man crushes hahahahha OH MAN, Trent Reznor. om nom nom nom nom. AND Steve Nash? ...it's scary how alike our crushes are hahaha Yeah I've loved Alan since I was 8... and then he became Snape. That crush is never going to end hahaha. Evil teacher with a deep voice and steely stare? Some strange fantasies came out of the Harry potter films, let me tell you lmao That voice, that nose, that hair, those robes.... Uhhhhhhhhh I'll be back later. UM....me too. I think I just got caught passing notes in class and I've got detention! LMAO

That's what I posted on facebook to someone who had these same feelings- I think it's safe to assume that whatever Rush does, is Rush's choice at this point. To think they can be "forced" to tour is hilarious. -

I must say, jealousy boggles the mind. At the end of the day, my husband comes home to me. He's allowed to look at other women and tell me how sexy he thinks they are. Hell, he can even be specific in what he finds attractive about them. I've never been a jealous person- one time my sister in law was like "OMG he is staring at that woman over there!! you're OKAY with it?!" Um....yes...? Is there a reason I should be upset?

Hubby is usually pretty chill when it comes to my rock crushes lol I can even say the things I'd do to certain musicians, and he laughs and says "You would wear him out for sure!!!!" He knows it's just a harmless crush that will never, in a million years, EVER have the chance to turn into anything more than fan admiration. :P There was one time I posted a picture of Richard Kruspe of Rammstein on facebook shirtless, and said "daaammnnnnnn, son" or something like that. He did get upset but I wasn't having any of it. Suddenly it was an issue? I WILL post yummy shirtless pictures of rock stars whenever I feel like it lmao. He eventually apologized for it and said it was no big deal.
