  2. Hi everyone.... Been a while since I last posted. I've been up to my eyeballs in guitar work. I thought I'd share my latest job the just went out the door yesterday. It was a restoration of a Gibson Custom Shop AL 355. Warped neck, broken truss rod, hole in the back of the peghead, finish problems...a real mess. So as soon as I was done all the work I christened the newly made-over guitar by playing one of my favorites on it. Red Barchetta. Hope you like it! Now I can get busy with the Hentor replicas! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNh2E0ZTf_g

  4. I think a lot of us just consider it to be a bit of an effectual piece of the album, not a song. I don't even have it on my ipod: only listen to it when I'm playing CA as a whole disc. Sure, if it tried to stand alone as a tune, it would be at the bottom of my list of all Rush songs... Including Dog Years. On a related note, I sorted the Rush studio albums by play count on my ipod earlier, and coming in last place was Take A Friend, followed by I Think I'm Going Bald. It's not really accurate because I like to play the discs in the car because my ipod radio transmitter sucks a weiner, listen to the vinyls (through HYF... don't have Presto-CA), and I sometimes leave the ipod running on an album or playlist all day.

  7. The crowd was loud as hell in Phoenix, totally into the show, and I didn't see anyone sitting down. Sold out too...

  8. You folks in Dallas are in for a real treat ! I was at the show in Phoenix, not sure what all the talk about the crowd being weak is about. I was on floor and the crowd was rocking for the whole show, Of course some of us older folks had to sit for a minute here or there but we rocked! I'm sure I'm not the only 50 year old with a sore neck and sore throat in Phoenix today! :rush: :rush: :rush: :rush:
