pjbear05
First it was Ritz crackers. Yesterday it was Goldfish crackers. Both were recalled due to salmonella contamination of the whey powder used in both products. The recalls followed a voluntary recall by the maker of whey powder, Associated Milk Products Inc. I see whey powder in a lot of food products, and know of its use as a protein supplement. Isolated incidents or something larger?

Mara
Oh great. I live on whey protein (bars, powders....I am a protein junkie). That and chicken mostly. I am clearly a powder keg of salmonella waiting to explode.
