jnoble
here's what I think may have made a better show. First and foremost, not skipping any albums. Two songs are included from each that can be mixed and matched for an A/B/C alternating setlist: Clockwork Angels/AnarchistFar Cry/Main MonkeyOne Little Victory/How It IsTest For Echo/DrivenAnimate/Between Sun And MoonRTB/DreamlineShow Don't Tell/The PassForce Ten/Time Stand StillBig Money/MarathonDistant Early Warning/Red Sector ASubdivisions/Analog Kid/Losing ItTom Sawyer/YYZ *Second half of show break* Spirit/Jacobs LadderHemisphere's Prelude (in normal key up until the vocal part then segway into Cygnus X-1)Xanadu2112 overtureBastille Day/Lakeside ParkAnthem/By-Tor (abbreviated)What You're DoingWorking Man Also, Geddy would only use his Fender Jazz basses and later on the '70s material, his Rickenbacker. No switching to one increasingly ugly bass after another every song.

Lorraine
I'll say. :eyeroll: Next time, they'll be sure to run their set-list by you for changes. ;)

The Analog Cub
Forcing Ged to use nothing but the Jazz and the Rick for the older stuff!? I say let the man play whatever he wants (except the f***ing Wal...I'm glad he didn't bring that out). R40 was a total gear porn tour for all three of them with that giant array of Les Pauls and a few nuggets like that 12 string PRS for How It Is, that circus of cool looking and sounding basses, and 2 freaking drum kits! Edited March 30, 2016 by BowlCity

jnoble
Only 13 extra songs to rehearse, program, design lighting and create new video for. Easy. Only 8 for the 4 albums skipped. And of those 8, only 4 played on any given night. Big f'in deal :eyeroll: Edited March 31, 2016 by jnoble
