GeddyRulz Posted June 5, 2008 Share Posted June 5, 2008 Very very cool. The Negro Leagues should not be forgotten, and as big a baseball fan as Geddy is, this was a good choice for a donation. Yes, they're in a "giving mood" lately. But this is the time to do it - when they're in other parts of America, have a lot of downtime, or can afford to donate some of their concert proceeds to charities. (If I understand the music biz correctly, artists don't make a lot on their CDs; they make most of their money from their live performances.)
