Syrinx
These guys have always been one of my all-time favorite rock bands. To me, this is basic bluesy rock at it's BEST! I was lucky enough to see them around 1973 - the second concert I ever attended. Rod Stewart back then was one of the top 3 frontmen in R&R. Check them out.
Lorraine
When anyone says Small Faces, I think Itchygoo Park.

custom55
Love the Faces. My fave albums are "A Nod is good as a blink to a Blind Horse" and "Ooh La La'. This is a real toe tapper. http://youtu.be/JrCDCQTASBU Edited May 16, 2016 by custom55
Digital Dad
When anyone says Small Faces, I think Itchygoo Park. The Faces and the Small Faces are pretty different bands. SF was a bit more Psychedelic whkie the Faces were pretty gutbucket soul and sleazy blues jams.

custom55
Well, most of the members of Faces play on Rod's 1st three solo albums so it's kinda Faces anyway. In the US, Rod's 1st album was called The Rod Stewart Album. Reminded me of the Stones Beggar's Banquet Album cover. Love this. It's so down and dirty http://youtu.be/aiBI3ssWnMw Edited May 17, 2016 by custom55
