So we all know that Alan engineered "Dark Side Of The Moon." One of the greatest most overplayed records on planet earth.

Well I was listening to an incredible underplayed record yesterday, "The Turn Of A Friendly Card." This record is absolutely a gem.

There is a song on this record entitled "Time."

Coincidentally there is also a track on "Dark Side Of The Moon." with the same title.

Now kids, this isn't rocket science. Have you heard the Alan Parsons Project's "Time?"

It's VERY Floyd!

So hence this poll!!

I adore both bands but hey I met Alan at a meet and greet after a show two years ago.

He was a gentleman and totally cool.

I asked him some serious questions and rebutted with some quick wit of my own.

He appreciated it.

So my pick in this poll is quite simple. ALAN PARSONS BABY!!!! ALL THE WAY!!!!!!

I know you PINKHEADS will think I'm a "CRAZY DIAMOND" but I don't give a shit!!!!

The Alan Parsons Canon blows Pink Floyd's out of the water!!!!!

You can take "The Final Butt" and shove it where the sun don't shine! LOL!

I know Alan went "POP" but I love that stuff! "VULTURE CULTURE" baby!

So....... "what's in your wallet?"

I bet it's "MONEY!" HAHAHA!!!

I am sure Floyd will win this one!!!! BOOOOOOOOOO!

Roger Waters is a porous pompous "Pink" prick!!!!!!!!

I like some of this tunes like Eye in the Sky.

Some people really dig his stuff. Maybe I should give some of it a shot.

Please! At least get every album up to "Eye." The remasters have bonus tracks. Alan Parsons Project is some serious ass prog that can totally compete with Stink Floyd.

Sorry, I love them but they are so overplayed. They bore me to tears now.

I know people on here love "The Final Cut." I have tried to love that record since I bought it when it came out. Waste of time.

Talk about pure audio boredom. That record put in in a fuckking kid coma. I fully recovered thanks to discovering ACCEPT!!!!!!

Pink Floyd leaves me totally "RESTLESS AND WILD!"

I will take "Pyramid" by Alan Parsons Project any day over "Dark Side Of The Snooze." Nice prism pyramid on the cover. Cliche.

Dude, I could never deny my beloved Floyd. Yes Dark Side is overplayed but taken as a whole piece its definitely breathtaking.

Don't even get me started on my Final Cut. I love that album to bits. I hate the Division Bell however. Its like Roll the Bones, just sounds like crap but the live takes on Pulse make the record for me.

Hahaha!!!! I write this shit on here just to get people like you to write your true feelings about ROCK!!

I love it man! I am neutral. No argument from me buddy!

I can't relate to "The Final Mutt."

"Dark Side" is a masterpiece. One of the greatest albums of all time. But it's like listening to fukking "Freebird." or "Stairway To Heaven." UGH!

I like the "Division Bell" and I love "Roll The Bones."

We Rush Fans are all fuckked up!! But in a good way!

All live Floyd is great.

While I enjoy the genius behind The Wall and Dark Side, I find PF's stuff way too dark and cynical.

APP, while exploring dark material, retains an optimistic edge to their lyrics and music. So they get my vote.
