Set List Set List Set LIst

Recommended Posts

How can I count the ways, I have become an addict of subtraction! T-Minus 52 Daze & Count Down on schedule.

I was pondering of the much anticipated R-40 Set List. All the discussions & speculation of post contents regarding set list chemistry has created within me an excitement so thick I could cut it with a knife. How hard could it be? I asked myself, just some songs, a couple of favorites off each album with with some time left over for a decent encore. My 1st attempt with picking some awesome songs using a 180 minute time limit made it to Counter Parts with a whopping 11 minutes & 40 seconds +- I realized some regrouping was in order. So I had to let go of my self while trying to create a set list that ( I would love to hear lol) & had at least one song off every Rush album (excluding Feedback, what would be the point???). Turned out, is alot harder than one would think (one being me of course) So I added and subtracted moved this changed this, changed that and still not quite saying to me self "this is the most awesome set list ever".. Well some sparks signaled fires and my conclusion was to throw it out there. Now I realize I may be opening a gate to the Tobes of Hades but I figured what the hell. Here is a set list that is within .11 of 180 minutes I hope you enjoy.

What about the new stuff? From Moist?

I'm pretty sure Pound of Obscure heard a leaked version of the album.

Hmmmm. Interesting. You know an interview with the band and an album review by David Fricke is rumored to be lying about. Looking forward to that.

Congrats on making it to the Hall Holmes! Enjoyed your acting pics--awesome!
