Wish I still had my old tour shirts but I wore them out.

My old ones are really beat, and they all shrank...I just tossed them into a box...the worst shirts (well the ones that didn't get ruined in my dad's basement) were my Ozzy Osbourne Blizzard of Ozz shirt...that one just got worn out, and was pretty much thread bare... my Asia shirt (83 tour) just faded.. I think I still have it in the box, but you can't see squat on it, not to mention a few others (Judas Priest shirt is in bad shape as well)

I had my Peter Frampton T-Shirt from the Frampton Comes Alive tour for the longest time, then decided to just pitch it. It had shrunk up to a womans size xx small.

Nice! I have them going back to Grace Under Pressure. The ones I don't wear are folded in boxes and the ones I do wear are worn until they wear out and I'm saving them for a quilt project or something.

I have a slight problem. I keep freaking buying Rush t-shirts and I did it again today. I believe this makes 7 or 8 total now. That may not sound horrible, but this collection of mine has grown faster than most other band shirt gathering missions. And with this tour excitement brewing, I have the unhealthy urge to clothe myself in Rush gear on a daily basis. Anyone else have a similar affliction ;)?

Thats ok. I have about 10 vintage Rush shirts, a few in unworn/unwashed mint condition....A few hemispheres shirts, MPs...et al. I'm probably going to list them all on ebay once the next tour approaches, due to my disillusionment with the band. I loved Rush so much, but feel they no longer care about their fans or striving for excellence anymore. :(

I am not trying to tell you what to do, but if I were you, I wouldn't ditch them. You may live to regret it very much. What you think about them today may change in the future. If that happens, you will forever regret having unloaded all of your "stuff."

Sure is. Can't be many of them still around. Don't think it was part of the reissue campaign either.....

Between the three shirts in the first row...I MAY have gotten to wear them 2-3 times before they shrank beyond all recognition! The RED HyF shirt was in the same boat....

I wore the GuP shirt to DEATH that it shrank so much! I think the Signals shirt lasted the longest!

No...these were all originals! If I didn't get them at a show, they were Back Stage club when it was a liquidating faction more than anything.

Hah! My wife wanted me to find something, and I found my Rush Tchatchkies!

What's funny is the little brass thingie that's in the bottom right hand corner is something I made in metal shop in 10th grade that I wore around my neck on a chain for years!

I think there's more stuff somewhere... Whenever I move, or clean out a drawer, things end up in different boxes....

I have that headband and that ugly red patch that I bought during a time when there wasn't a lot with the Rush name on it. Times have sure changed, eh?

I should have gotten more into the patches, pins and buttons, but it's way too late to start now.

Wait a sec. You have 7-8 Rush tees and you call that an addiction? Seriously???????

I've countless shirts of bands and a few month ago I bought my 50th (!!!) Rush shirt. Addiction? Absolutely.

Hell, I even have a red blazer, like the one that Alex has worn in the early 80's.

Yeah, that's more like it. I'm only somewhere in the 20's, maybe 30, plus a hoodie, baseball jersey, hat, socks, and probably something I'm forgetting… :P

Totally agree DS! That was the one that caught my eye right away too (even before I saw your quote.)

Rod, the Caress of Steel T (olive color) is one of my favorites. It has that classic/cool look and is a nice change of pace for people who tend to steer away from the standard black concert T.

No kidding guys! COS is without a doubt the baddest ass album artwork ever!
