Ancient Ways
although everything from 74-84 kicks ass except point of entry I was never fond of Point of entry suffers from poor production and an apparent lack of energy. However, check out desert plains and heading out to the highway live versions and I think you'll find them to be great songs. Two of my faves from priest

Two of my faves from priestI think it's underrated, Solar Angels, Turning Circles and On the Run are all good songs too. And if you watch the Rising in the East DVD even Hot Rocking sounds good live!

Turbine Freight
I think Sin after Sin was the beginning of modern Metal.. The first jump start for speedier style Metal that the 80s brought.. Dissadent Aggressor was ahead of its time and scary as shit for 77 Love this album. The last time I saw Priest they did Aggressor & Sinner off that album. I nearly collapsed it was so brilliant! Here Come The Tears is a nice change of pace too.

treeduck
1 "Freewheel Burning"2 "Rapid Fire"3 "Stained Class"4 "Heading Out to the Highway"5 "Demonizer"6 “Dissident Aggressor”7 “Worth Fighting For”8 "Sinner"9 "Victim of Changes"10 "Wheels of Fire"11 "Persecution"12“The Rage”13 “Genocide”14 "Screaming for Vengeance"15 "Delivering the Goods"16 "Beyond the Realms of Death"17 "The Sentinel"18 "White Heat, Red Hot"19 "The Green Manalishi (With the Two-Pronged Crown)"20 "Jawbreaker"21 "HellRider"22 "Grinder"23 "Painkiller"24 “Steeler”25 "The Hellion"/"Electric Eye"26 "The Ripper"27 "Riding on the Wind" I've changed my Priest setlist already I had to bring more songs in from Angel of Retribution, I rate this album much more these days and I thought the set needed more of a balance of newer songs. So these four from AofR: Demonizer, Hellrider, Wheels of Fire and Worth Fighting For (which are all fuckking excellent, Demonizer OWNS), along with the one track from Nostradamus, provide us with newer modern Priest to go along with classic 70's and 80's Priest which makes up the rest of the set plus Painkiller from the 90's. :o Yes I'm taking it way too seriously! That's the way to do it though! :haz: :guitar: :madra: :hail:

They could easily beef these songs up and arrange them so they were different with a more modern sounding guitar solo or with another section or whatever but for now it is what it is...
