78jazz Posted August 22, 2017 Share Posted August 22, 2017 Since I lived in Northeast Ohio for almost four years my main go to macaroni and cheese brand was and still is Stouffer's. However nothing beats homemade macaroni and cheese, when I make it I usually add cayenne pepper, garlic, diced onions green bell pepper and Andouille (Cajun Sausage) I also manage to make sure to add some hot sauce for a version of mac and cheese I call Louisiana Mac and Cheese. Never thought about it, but adding andouille sausage sounds like a real treat! I have also recently made some avocado mac and cheese, if that sounds intriguing.
