Photoshop challenge: Complete an album cover.

So here's the idea, take an album cover, and complete the scene around, as if that album cover is just a small piece of everything going on around it. In honesty, someone reminded me of this game from another forum... but it's a really funny game. This was my entry from that other forum, just to get things going:

I'm terrible with photoshop... just imagine the Nevermind album cover in the top left with a shark coming up with mouth open from the lower right.... pure gold.
