So after the legendary bad MNF Vikes-Giants game Goodhell and co are giving us another Thursday Night epic between the 0-6 Tampon Infected Buccaneers and the 3-3 Pantyliner Pansies... :eh:

Even with only 3 days prep, there's no way this game could be as atrocious as the POS we saw Monday.

True, and we can always laugh at Schiano's antics/predicament.

Speaking of Schiano...

As the Tampa Bay Buccaneers approach Thursday night’s prime-time game against the Carolina Panthers still winless this season, more former players went public about the negative influence of head coach Greg Schiano on the locker room.

"How bad is it there? It's worse than you can imagine," an unidentified player on the 2012 Bucs team told NFL.com in a story Thursday. "It's like being in Cuba."

Another former Bucs player, current Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett, told NFL Media’s Michael Silver that Schiano was scolded by Peyton Manning last December after the coach used his now-routine maneuver of storming the victory formation at the end of a 31-23 loss. "Peyton cussed him out," Bennett said. "And I ain't never heard Peyton cuss."

Bennett also repeated observations reported in other outlets that Schiano’s own players disliked the victory-formation move. "People just really hate it when you have to dive at people's legs," he said. "At the end of the day, we've got to keep going and move onto the next game and try to make a living. Some of these guys (on other teams) are our friends."

They were the latest indications that Schiano has lost the respect and attention of his players during their 0-6 season. The problems within the organization have been well-documented: the clash with former quarterback Josh Freeman, the speculation that Schiano was responsible for leaks about Freeman’s presence in the NFL drug program and for the manipulation of the captaincy vote, the pettiness of his treatment of players, the frosty relationship with opposing scouts and his bullying tendencies even to his own staff.

And outside the Bucs’ doors, things are testy, too. A Tampa radio station has purchased 19 “Fire Schiano” billboards.

“The ‘Fire Schiano’ billboard is simply a reflection of the Tampa Bay community’s opinion of the Buccaneers’ Head Coach,” Michael Sharkey, program director at 102.5 The Bone WHPT, told Pro Football Talk. “….This billboard isn’t a message to the Buccaneers as much as it is a message to our listeners that we are right there with them.”

In addition, Bennett and a current Bucs player told of the 2012 joint practices between the Bucs and Patriots—in which Schiano was openly deferential to friend and mentor Bill Belichick.

"He gathered us before we practiced and told us that if Belichick said something to us on the field, we should listen," the current Buc told NFL.com. "He said, 'Treat their coaches like they're your coaches.' We were like, 'Huh?' When we practiced together, whatever Belichick wanted, he did. It was hilarious—here (Schiano) is, acting like Mr. Tough Guy all the time, and when Belichick wanted something he was like, 'Yes, Bill.'”

Added Bennett, "He's trying to be Belichick. Yeah, some people think Belichick's an (expletive), but he's a legend. When this guy acts that way, it's a whole different deal."

The Bucs are awful. I knew we couldn't rely on these fools to beat the Kittens.

Schiano is gonna get them turned around any week now... :)
