I don't get this thread...

Though I have referred to a girl as "my little my little pony..."

Watch a couple episodes if you haven't already. If it isn't your cup of tea, that's just fine.

Though I am often baffled by some of the behavior from bronies that give the rest of us a bad name.

I thought it was a toy from the 80s?

dropped by to let you all know about a free podcast on iTunes by Kevin Smith called Fat Man on Batman. he did one interview with Tara Strong, who does a voice on your beloved show. she discusses it towards the end.

What about you, you mean you aren't into these rubber cartoon ponies?

Just kidding - it's just a half decent modern cartoon that isn't worthwhile at all unless you want to be part of an ironic attention-seeking cult. There's the truth of the matter.

There are quite a few "hipster" bronies, but quite a few genuinely like the show. I'm one of them. Though I may appear to be an obsessed raving lunatic at the moment, my flirtation with the series is quite casual. Though I do go through a period of obsession, but I do that with lots of shows and music, Breaking Bad, Clockwork Angels, Dexter, etc. That's usually when you find me posting stuff here.

I'm amazed by Tara's body of work outside of MLP. Such a massive history.

i had no idea all of the work she's done. let's see, there's... little mermaid, fairly oddparents, ben 10, rugrats, MLP, hello kitty, batgirl, and now she's harley quinn in the video games. there's others, too. i just can't remember them all.

she must be raking in the dough.
