Snowdog Posted May 10, 2007 Share Posted May 10, 2007 OK, Pags, based on your recommendation, over the past few weeks, I have rented the first 3 seasons on DVD. It took me a few shows to warm up to it, but I have to say, I really enjoy it. "E" is probably the character I relate to the most, but Turtle makes me laugh Drama is just one problem after another for the guys. Ari is just a loose cannon with no moral compass, although the latest eps I've caught on HBO on demand from this season show that changing a bit. Snowdog Posted May 12, 2007 Share Posted May 12, 2007 I am now officially all caught up. I have watched every episode starting with season 1 up to last week's episode in a span of 3 weeks. I had never really used the HBO on demand, but it came in handy with the new season. Now, the DVR is set to keep right on recording Sunday nights after The Sopranos so I can keep up to date Looks like Vince is teaming back up with Ari. Makes for a better show, imo. Johnny steals the show with the way he freaked out over reviews. And I probably laughed the hardest with Turtle and his new love interest. The convos with the dad were hilarious. Johnny Chase (Kevin Dillon) and Pauly Shore (who plays himself) have an old rivalry going that goes back to Season 2 where Johnny got Pauly kicked out of the Playboy Mansion.
