Just puts me in a different place The Smashing Pumpkins - 1979 Also by the same band, a little known b-side that is better than a majority of their actual released songs. The Smashing Pumpkins - Set The Ray To Jerry This was a revelation, really wasnt expecting to get much from this but i liked it a lot. not big in the u.k however

tel
QUOTE (Ted Barchetta @ May 7 2011, 11:04 AM) Ludwig Van Beethoven - Symphony No.9 in D minor, Op. 125: III. Adagio molto e cantabile All the more beautiful when you realize he was completely deaf when he wrote this. Just stunningly gorgeous. Frederic Chopin - Etude No. 3 in E Major, Op. 10 'Tristesse' Never fails to tear me up. I remember reading somewhere that even Chopin himself said that he "would never again write such a beautiful melody" Wow yeah this is georgous, close your eyes and this will take you places. shame about the background noise on beethoven... why cant people stop fidgeting and clearing there throats? its called respect.

She did a few more albums but there was a long period in the nineties where she didn't release anything. I have a couple of her albums. She does great ballads.
