RUSHHEAD666
Hey kids! I wrote a poem last night and put it on the Y&T Forum just for shits and giggles. Well it was a BOMB. No replies and only 18 hits. FAIL! Anyway, I want to share this thing with you guys too. I know it should be written in the Random Samples, but what the hell, it's all about Rock N' Roll, guitars and the devil so I put it here. I can't wait for Puppetking to rip me for this one. Don't worry I will never quit my day job! LOL! So with "Much Ado About Nothing" here it is: "BLAME IT ALL ON ROCK N' ROLL!" Robert Johnson did it. So did B.B. King. If you don't know who Dave Meniketti is, Well shame on you, because he did the same damn thing. You are cursed if you do, and blessed if you don't. So pick up that guitar and play until the night turns into day. If you sell it, then don't dwell on it because the damage Has been done, just like the needle that never entered Neil Young. It's all about pass that Les Paul Torch, yet some players Always seem to miss the pun. Buddy Holly and Randy Rhoads should have stayed on The Highway Of Lost Dreams instead of trying to reach that blue marble sky to fly. The Rock N' Roll Magic can instantly turn so tragic Within the blink of the Devil's Eye. Fame and Fortune are only "Sin" deep. Sometimes "It Cuts Like A Knife." Just ask Bryan Adams before he begins to weep. Or perhaps before Pete Townshend falls into The Big Sleep. Blame it all on Rock N' Roll. Your window is closing fast. You better write that hit record before your Soul burns out into the past. Blame it all on Rock N' Roll. Steve Vai was so "Flexible" back in the day, But he can thank his lucky guitars that Satriani Taught him how to play. Jack Black came along a bit too late, But the Devil taught him how to masturbate. He put that Six String Serpent in his hands And shot that molten milkshake all over those evil sands. Just ask Eddie Van Halen and Chris DeGarmo too. Both were masters of their craft like a witch doctor Filled up with Hoodoo Voodoo Brew. But now those cats have lost it, and have no idea what to do. George Lynch Mobbed himself a very long time ago. Yet he still tries to make a comeback every other year. Time for Furious George to call up Don Dokken And swallow his fragile fear. The Black Label Society is a club that I wouldn't want to join these daze. Zakk Wylde's health has become another sad story, So drink another fuckking beer while cranking out "Purple Leonard Haze!" Blame it all on Rock N' Roll. Your window of time is closing fast. You better write that hit record before your Soul burns into the past. Blame It All On Rock N' Roll. So what about Alex Lifeson? The Arctic Angel who can play that ES-355 with no avail! In 1984 he invited a bunch of Y&T guys to go out on a yacht without a sail. Hell, even Guitar Heroes from Canada love to party on New Year's Eve And get to take a caved in cop car to some padded Florida jail. Al Di Meola just got caught speeding with the Devil Down the Spanish Highway Of No Return. If you are ready for a good old fashioned guitar duel, Then put the Pat Travers album entitled "Crash N' Burn." If you are "Snorting Whiskey And Drinking Cocaine" Then it's time for you to say "A Farewell To Kings" And board that Final Train to your lonely Destiny of Sweet Nothings. Blame it all on Rock N' Roll. Your window of time is closing fast. You better write that hit record before your Soul burns into the past. Blame It All On Rock N' Roll.
