I cannot find official confirmation, but the Wikipedia page is listing the artwork as a Hugh Syme (Who designed the artwork for Octavarium, Systematic Chaos.. as well as almost all of the artwork for some 1970s Canadian rock band as well ) piece It looks like his handiwork.. Loving it! However, without Moore's moodiness, it is unlikely. Octavarium was the closest Rudess could come to a match, but it still had some cheese.
