1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted October 27, 2004 Posted October 27, 2004 QUOTE (Moonraker @ Oct 27 2004, 01:37 AM) QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ Oct 26 2004, 04:49 PM) -The lead star was also a lead in the of the biggest blockbusters of all time. That is purely subjective. No, it's a fact. When you see who it is it will make sense.
Digital Man Posted October 27, 2004 Posted October 27, 2004 One of the Die Hard movies with Bruce Willis
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted October 28, 2004 Posted October 28, 2004 QUOTE (Digital Man @ Oct 27 2004, 01:27 PM) One of the Die Hard movies with Bruce Willis And you would've had to pick one of the three, you slacker!
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted October 29, 2004 Posted October 29, 2004 QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ Oct 17 2004, 11:15 PM) Cop A: "I've been trying to get you all night. Why don't you answer your f***ing beeper?" Cop B: "I just want to tell you, that the next time I'm suspended, so is my F***ING BEEPER!" That was the first quote. Here's another one from the same movie: "Well Colonel, one of your missiles just took out a barbeque shack down in Little Tokyo."
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 Any guesses? This movie isn't that obscure! Another hint: It was made in the 1980s.
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 QUOTE (Moonraker @ Oct 31 2004, 11:00 PM) Big Trouble In Little China? The movie took place in the U.S. (west coast).
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 QUOTE (madra sneachta @ Nov 1 2004, 09:10 AM) Tango and Cash?
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 QUOTE (Moonraker @ Nov 1 2004, 11:13 AM) War Games? Remember, this is a cop movie. I also said that this wasn't your normal cop movie, and that is because -- here's another hint -- a piece of hardware was as much a star of this film as any actor.
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 QUOTE (Slaine mac Roth @ Nov 2 2004, 12:33 PM) Sudden Impact?
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 QUOTE (paganoman @ Nov 2 2004, 01:58 PM) Another 48 Hours? It wasn't a sequel, nor did it have one of its own (that I'm aware of).
The Notorious B.S.G. Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ Oct 17 2004, 11:15 PM) Next: Cop A: "I've been trying to get you all night. Why don't you answer your f***ing beeper?" Cop B: "I just want to tell you, that the next time I'm suspended, so is my F***ING BEEPER!" Holy Schnikies! Are we still on this same quote? Is it Blue Thunder?
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 QUOTE (BSG @ Nov 2 2004, 11:15 PM)QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ Oct 17 2004, 11:15 PM) Next: Cop A: "I've been trying to get you all night. Is it Blue Thunder? FINALLY!!!!! The high-tech chopper was the hardware I was referring to, and it stole nearly every scene it was in. "Blue Thunder," released in 1982, starred Roy Scheider (who was one of the stars of a little movie named "Jaws," Moonraker! ), and was directed by John Badham, who also directed "Saturday Night Fever!" It features some of the best helicopter chase scenes ever filmed, including one through the streets of LA. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v318/1001001/bluethunder_main.gif Yer up, BSG!
Pags Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 OH THANK THE LORD!!! BSG WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN????? Good job to both of you!!
The Notorious B.S.G. Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 Well, shuckie-darn! it were nuttin'. Nice quote 1. That was a tough one. Now wait a sec, wrong smilie. Here's the one...... Ok, here's the next quote: Character 1: "We should go jump off something, dudes!" Character 2: "Yeah bro, or blow something up!"
The Notorious B.S.G. Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 (edited) Alright, as discussed with Jack, a new day in the movie quote game brings a new quote from the same movie. Here it is: "Yeah right bro! This is his birthday man, like his death-birthday. Doesn't that mean anything to you?" Edited November 4, 2004 by BSG
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 QUOTE (BSG @ Nov 4 2004, 07:10 AM) Alright, as discussed with Jack, a new day in the movie quote game brings a new quote from the same movie... So, the new rule is we have to provide a new quote every day until somebody solves it? Some movies don't have a lot of good quotes, but I think it's worth a try. I put up two quotes and a bunch of hints with that last one.

Of course, I will wait for Jack's official public endorsement of this rule.

If there are no guesses from one day to the next, is a new quote still necessary, or can we at least wait for a someone to take a shot at it? Thanks, GP
