....hmm, on top of all the other Futurama threads, I feel we need an official thread, that way the third and fourth films can be discusses as well.

As well as the series itself as well

Less than 2 weeks until we go back to the future!

I have read some reviews of the film. It is about on average as good as "Bender's Big Score", and from what I read....This film goes into the new story very nicley, wheras Bender's Big Score spent a lot of time tying up loose ends from the series.

Less than a week for Beast with a Billion Backs!

This is the saltiest thing I've tasted! And I once ate a big bowl of salt!

Don't kid yourself. The salt content in that meal was %10 less than that of a lethal dose!

I like the Captain Kirk parody guy and his whole "relationship" with Katey Sagal's character. Katey brings a little of her Married with Children character to the role...

I love Zapp Branagain.

He is going to be featured more in the new film than in BBS

Are these movies all gonna be released in one package someday? I think I will just wait for that right now, and what happens to Futurama after the movies?

It will probably be this time next year when the 4th (and Last) film will be released. BWABB is only the second film. And I'm sure once all films are out they will release them all together.

As far as what happens after the films are done, even the ceators don't know as of yet....that really depends on Fox I guess. But the creators have mentioned that the 4th film ends in a way that "IF" it is the last thing that comes out of Futurama that it will make the fans happy, and could work for an end to Futurama.

Beast with A Billion Backs was great, on average it was on Par with Bender's Big Score, though I think the BBS was a little bit better.

Still BWABB is worth the pick up. I just finished listening to the commentary.

I wont be able to check out the bonus features until tommorow though.

If you bought the DVD you probably have already seen this. But here is a preview of the third Futurama movie

Bender's Game

Looks like they are taking the Fantacy route for the next one, instead of parodying sci-fi.

The next one comes out "Holiday 08". So I'd expect it in eithe Late November, or Early December.

And Just for the Record It'll be this time Next Year when the 4th and Last film comes out.....the Name of that will be "The Wild Green Yonder"

Okay Futurama heads, what was your faviorate part of BWABB?

Some of mine were.... *Attention Spoilers*

- Stephen Hawking shooting lasers out of his eyes at Farnsworth and Wornstrum, and his line after that (spoken in his computerised voice) "I didn't know I could do that" rofl3.gif rofl3.gif

- Amy in her smoking funeral dress after Kif dies

- DEATHBALL

- The return of Puzouzu (The gargoyle)

- David Cross as Yivo

- The challenges that Bender had to take to gain membership of The League of Robots "The challenge of the inifnatly pricless 1000 year old scotch" rofl3.gif

- The Duel between Caluculon and Bender (Which was a reference to the Hamilton-Burr duel). Same location but the weapons Bender and Caluculon use were so much cooler.

- Leo Wong crushing Kif's Father's left testicle in hookworm form.

There's so much more...I'll add later.

Cool! 'Bender's Game' has to be my favorite so far. I wonder how they'll solve their fuel problem not that all the dark matter in the universe has been rendered useless. I'm sure it will be hilarious, whatever it is.
