I even think it was better than Cornell. I never heard Cornell's until I searched for it after hearing the one from Idol. I did like Cornell's better but I think I know why. The people on Idol are on a pretty tight time limit and need to get in as much as possible while Cornell was simply playing a song and going with the flow. Both were pretty good though. That was a great cover and, done that way, I like the song. He's definitely got a talent for this. Paula almost sounded like she was trying to get a date with him. I was real iffy on David Cook until he did Lionel Riche's "Hello" a few weeks ago. He was spot on on that one too.
