No evolution btw And have it learn these attacks: Earthquake Blizzard Fire Blast Zap Cannon/ Thunder/ Thunderpunch AND i learned that my umbreon can learn Psycich, how cool is that? That's a myth, the truck is just filler, just a background sprite. You can't move it, there's nothing hidden in it, no poke balls, no Mew, no nothing. Just some boring easter egg. The only way to get Mew is through the glitch (which is really complicated and I can't remember right now) or through Game Genie/Game Shark. He kept getting away, but i got him finally with the master ball 2. I need a game shark, pokemon blue and silver. Cause i need to get only like... 14 more to complete the whole collection.
