Making a personal playlist of thier instrumentals in chronological order is fun to listen to.

I've always wanted to try that...

And I'll bet it's pretty much album length now with the three new instrumentals from Snakes and Arrows, eh?

I recently did one with:

- 2112: Overture/Grand Finale

- La Villa Stragiato

- YYZ

- The Gangster Of Boats Trilogy: Where's My Thing/Leave That Thing Alone/Limbo

- R30 Medley

- The S&A Trilogy: Hope/The Main Monkey Business/Malignant Narcissism

w/ the special bonus:

- The Fear Trilogy: Witch Hunt/The Enemy Within/Freeze

Called the album "Merely Players". Quite the enjoyable listen I might add.

They made an album of nothing but cover tunes, so I don't think an album of instrumentals would be out of the question. I think that is even less of a stretch than cover tunes.

I think they could....but I think they would need to add more variety in order to do this...Zappa was very good with instrumentals and covered alot of styles ...Rush can do this as well...but I think they would really have to mix things up to make a strong instrumental only album. I think the way they approcah tehm now is like a break frm the other material so they fit in well with "songs" per se.... beathorse.gif beathorse.gif beathorse.gif
