I dunno, but I miss seeing it. I swear its been raining for 2 months (pretty much) straight here. It's getting depressing

It's just raining here, but there was a tornado in another county in the eastern part of the state that killed quite a number of people, many of which were in a trailer park. I was listening to the radio and these storms have done a lot of damage. Luckily, we're OK.
Tom Sawyer
Wow, reading about all this rain you folks are getting, we have been dumped on for days now, flooding everywhere, today is the first dry and clear day in weeks!

I was listening to the radio and these storms have done a lot of damage. Luckily, we're OK. Yeah, I've seen all the red spots on the weather channel. I always keep an eye on Raleigh, because my sister lives there. I'm on vacation this week, so her and I got a chance to chat for a bit (well, more like 3 hours.) She had just gotten down from the roof from cleaning all the leaves and crap off of the roof and out of the gutters. She knew there was a storm a comin. I'm jealous. I love those Put-the-Fear-of-God-in-You type of storms. When I was a little girl, I saw my dad jump at a crack of thunder during one of our summer monsoons. Wha? Something scared Daddy? It sounded like a gunshot at first and then shook the whole house. I'll never forget it, and to this day, one of my favorite past times is sitting under the porch and watching a good storm. Of course, we don't get twisters either. *knock on wood*
