Interesting choice there. I actually re-discovered that album....and while it had some heavy syrupy moments (and not in a bad way) it was a damn good follow up to my favorite record from them, Vital Signs. They were a very underrated rock band that wrote catchy hooks and had top notch vocals from the late and great Jami Jameson.

I love Vital Signs, I give When Seconds Count the nod because whilst I feel they are underrated already, I really, really love the almost melancholic tone of it start to finish, and i play it more. I think Survivor are one of the overlooked greats.
