Rhyta
Saw this article on CNN how now millennials say the laughing/crying emoji is passe, same with the ROFL. Guess if their parents use it then it's to be avoided... :Dhttp://www.cnn.com/2021/02/14/tech/crying-laughing-emoji-gen-z/index.html Also a few months back I read that it is bad form to use punctuation in your texts. It makes people feel like you are being angry or judgemental. This was a bit strange to me, being labeled passive aggressive for periods at the end of the sentence?? It is a head scratcher for me.http://www.npr.org/2020/09/05/909969004/before-texting-your-kid-make-sure-to-double-check-your-punctuation I wonder what any TRF folks have seen about this or other stuff that "young" folks do. HemiBeers
I've come up with a new texting acronym that I use on my adult children and other younger people. This is at the end of the texting conversation. NGCYR Now Go Clean Your Room.
