OldRUSHfan Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 I remember what that was like! As long as I had my Walkman, I was in heaven. My aunt's place on Portage Lake, My Parents place in Saline, The place I lived at in Presque Isle Mi. Wasn't exactly FUN, but the music made it livable.
goose Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 I mowed half the lawn. Yay.Not bragging, but I just mowed all of mine. Front and back. Without a Walkman, mind you. 1
goose Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 April 12 is Grilled Cheese Day. Also Yuri's Night, in honor of the first manned space flight. I love that Yuri's accomplishment plays second fiddle to grilled cheese. :P 1
Lorraine Posted April 12, 2019 Author Posted April 12, 2019 I mowed half the lawn. Yay.Not bragging, but I just mowed all of mine. Front and back. Without a Walkman, mind you. I went out later and mowed the other half. It was hard to mow because the grass was thick and wet and lots of wet leaves left over from the autumn. The first mow of the season is always hard.

Gone, gone, gone. :( I've replaced almost everything digitally only missing two albums, Nash The Slash, and Steve Miller's vinyl version of "I Wanna Make The World Turn Around".
