Well heard the new song and it was...like a covers band doing a sort of new version of a basic Styx song.

Yawn.

Yeah I agree, I kinda went :wtf:

Yeah the video I saw I'd whatever song it was was cringey as well...

I love Styx, those first ten albums are the bomb shizzle, but after that?

Shoot me.

I can understand that. They are like Liberace fronting Kansas at times.

So this is the Styx thread now?

Also, I think I didn't voice my opinion on this the first time around.

Suite Madame Blue is one of Styx's best songs.

The March Of The Black Queen would make probably my top 20 or 30 Queen songs.

So obviously Black Queen wins.

The moment after the heavy section when Brian's lead comes in. One of their best recorded moments ever.

Here's some more from Hot Space:

HOT SPACE! LET'S GO! What a record. One of their best. Camper than a Village People Convention, funky as hell and they took a risk. We need bands to leap out of their comfort zones, for better or worse.

The songs are killer! Their most misunderstood opus.

It's both my least favorite Queen album and their most underrated in my opinion. People treat it like it's garbage when it's actually super interesting and pretty entertaining. If it weren't for the hits on The Game, I'd enjoy Hot Space IMMENSELY more than that record. Worst tracks on each? Coming Soon versus Calling All Girls (or Body Language)? The Hot Space track(s) win(s) every time.

Video is appalling, unless looking at old women aging disgracefully is your thing, but dammit, when those Stygian harmonies kicked in, I smiled.

Calling All Girls is poptastic! And Body Language is crazy like a fox brilliant.

No way. I dislike everything from Kilroy onwards so this is without a doubt another time waster.
