There's a giant shelf of them at Barnes & noble (I was just there last weekend). It makes sense to have these at hospital and airport gift shops. Anywhere people with a lot of time on their hands congregate. Anyhoo, I wasn't aware of this Rush book, so I have no idea if it's there.
