Del_Duio
My favorite on Tongues is a song I had never heard before a couple months ago. "Making Flippy Floppy". Holy shit is that a hell of a groove and a catchy ass song! I also love the insanity they bring to something like "Cities". GOOD TIMES, BAD TIMES. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2lxJ4S-2-M Edited October 28, 2016 by Del_Duio
tangy
Upon further review, I'd say my favorite is Fear of Music. Another great one. Prob #2 for me. I love air, heaven and the song about animals. Not sure its name. There is a great concert on youtube from ril tour that also has lots of fom songs.I think it's just called Animals: THEY'RE LIVIN' ON NUTS AND BERRIES! Shit on the ground and see in the dark! Del_Duio
The Great Curve.. What was that recorded on a 500 track? Layers n' layers n' layers.
Mosher
I see the love for Remain in Light, that is definitely my second. Apparently we all (mostly) agree that not only are Talking Heads consistently great, they're best two albums are obvious. I love it when I'm typing phonetically and use the wrong 'their.' vaportrailer
David Byrne released a little-known soundtrack right after Remain in Light called "The Catherine Wheel".It's pretty interesting, if you're a Talking Heads fan. Here's a track with A. Belew playing some nice stuff. Excellent drumming too, imho!
