Holy crap...they are beautiful! In terms of getting the TM snare signed, i'd be scared to let it out of my sight, but good luck with it, I hope you get your (well, Neil's) signature.

None of the above. I wouldn't kick Bubba or Lerxst out of bed for eating cheese & onion crisps, but more specifically Bubba. I know what I like, and that's just the way it is!

QUOTE (Atomic @ May 24 2011, 03:50 PM) I have the intro to Limelight played on bagpipes. I can only imagine what that's like!

Fantastic shots, thanks for posting!

I prescribe listening to the Rush back catalogue and copius amounts of concert dvd watching & you tubing and repeat as necessary...course, it always help to have an active imagination for lots of lovely daydreams of the boys...mine always seem to feature Bubba for some reason....

You're right they were excellent shirts, if I thought I could get a smaller size i'd be more than interested. Right. At the Glasgow meet up FoxxiStarr had one for a friend, I believe (and some one chime in if i'm wrong) that a fellow TRF'er here called Nebbish may be the man to contact.

I'd say they were pretty spot on Foxxi, a valiant effort methinks!

QUOTE (An Enemy Without @ May 20 2011, 12:57 PM) TSOR live Sometimes I just listen to it and don't answer the call. I call them back, though. I have the intro to Limelight as my ringtone and i'm usually tempted to do the same thing However, now when ever the actual song comes on I think someone's calling me!

QUOTE (Undemanding Contact @ May 14 2011, 02:56 PM) OK guys, please consider this thread closed from now on. Someone contacted me about the ticket, and I am glad to say that it is going to a good home, which means that it is no longer available. I must say that I am relieved. I was thinking only last night that I would have to resort to eBay, or (horrors) a tout on the night in question, in which case I would have got around five quid for the thing. Note that I've posted a similar message in the Time Machine Tour section on the equivalent thread I started there. In case you are wondering, it is not going to a female fan. Nevertheless, thanks to those of you who posted your warm responses here to my original post - another time perhaps? Warm feelings to all you great women Rush fans - long live the Rush sisterhood. Glad the ticket found a good home, good on ya!

I was a Genesis fan when I was in high school and was yet to discover Rush. Other girls were all into pop music and chart stuff so it was a bit of a lost cause. Art class was great, I remember getting to design album covers for my art exam project, I think the teacher was the only other one who'd even heard of Genesis....and what is it with art teachers...talk about creepy! I got into Rush in college after hearing The Trees, then promptly went out and bought Hemispheres on vinyl. The lecturer was a Rush fan too so whenever we had to choose a band or song to write about, Rush was always a winner!
