The only Rush tribute band that really impressed me with their sound, stage presence and tightness was the late NY/NJ based Power Windows. They were very good. Yes, I saw them at least a half dozen times and always had a good time.

The Dream Is Over, Spanked, Judgement Day, Runaround, and Man on a Mission are all quite good. Right Now is good too if you can separate the marketing shit from the actual music.
