  1. So great to hear about the progress that Stephen is making GG!!!! I can't even begin to imagine the trials (and tribulations) that you must be going through. Kudos for keeping your wonderful spirit intact through the hard times eh!
  2. This is of course symptomatic of a new breed of footballer as it is indeed symptomatic of your whole genre of player, is it not?
  3. Great line delivery Madra! You are a star in the making. ....but I really need to know if "Sh***y Christmas" is a sequel to "Santa F**ks Up", and if so, does it stand up as it's own film or does it just rehash the best parts from the original?
  4. Kramer walks into Jerry's apartment and slams some money down on the counter: "I'm out!!!" The Contest was the best television show that I have EVER seen!!!!! Jerry: "The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round" Kramer (simultaneously): "The woman across the street has nothing on, nothing on, nothing on!"
  5. And finally, monsieur, a wafer-thin mint.
  6. Uh, Gaston! A bucket for monsieur. There you are, monsieur. Merci, Gaston.
  7. Ah, good afternoon, sir, and how are we today?
  8. I know Geddy's brother's daughter lives in the far north, but I didn't realize she was so....ummmm....experienced! REMOTE NIECE. SEX EXPERT.
  9. QUOTE (Necromancer @ Nov 16 2005, 07:39 PM) Y'ever try it? I don't care whether the outcome is scripted or not. It's a SPORT. A good, high quality wrestler is a phenomenal athlete. Try being that big and able to do the things these guys can do, or are WILLING to do. Scripted outcomes or not, the athleticism is in making it look so damn real. If they weren't so athletic, do you have any idea how many in ring deaths there would be? There have been NONE. Not from an actual move anyway. Some serious injuries though, but that just goes to show you how much of a sport it truly is. A wrestler has to be an actor and an athlete because he has to do his OWN stunts. Two things I love... people who call it "fake" and people who think it isn't a sport. Anyone who honestly thinks that... step into the ring with even the lowest card wrestler and see what you got. I've done it. I also played division two college basketball. Guess which one is tougher? First pencil neck geek to say Basketball gets a cyber jackknife powerbomb. Oooooooooooooooh Yeaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh. Haha, it's so easy to wind up a wrestling fan! Unfortunately I am not convinced by your arguments. You contend that pro wrestlers are athletic and have technical abilities, and therefore WWE wrestling is a sport. I disagree with this logic. Stunt men, ballerinas, and trapeze artists also display athleticism and tremendous technical ability, but I daresay that you would not consider them to be engaged in sport. In my opinion, sport involves a competition that has a non-predetermined outcome. If the end result is somehow fixed, then the competitors are disgraced and considered to be cheaters (e.g., 1919 Chicago White Sox). The most compelling part about sport is that nobody knows who is going to win. Pro wrestling bouts are clearly scripted and rehearsed ahead of time. In my mind, this makes it more of a soap opera than a sporting event. Therefore, discussion of pro wrestling is more suited to the movie/tv forum instead of the sports forum. In conclusion, I will claim that basketball is a more demanding sport than pro wrestling, since pro wrestling clearly is not a sport. Now bring forth your jack knife move......that is, if you can escape from my Figure Four Leg Lock!
  10. Your highness, when I said that you are like a stream of bat's piss, I only mean that you shine out like a shaft of gold when all around it is dark.
  11. QUOTE (kazzman @ Nov 15 2005, 11:05 PM) http://www.therushforum.com/index.php?showtopic=11354 Why would anybody look in the Sports Forum for news about a WWE wrestler?!?!?
  12. Widescreen is the only way to go, unless you are an uneducated buffoon (no offense intended....well actually it was intended). The first time I realized that Pan-and-Scan was a mockery of film, was when I was watching Jaws on TV......there was a scene where literally there were two noses talking to each other on the beach when there should have been two faces. It was a travesty I tell ya!!! Since than, I have not been able to stomach a non-properly-formatted film.

  15. Here's another spoiler!!!: Something surprising happens maybe!!!
  16. She was the lesbian parole officer.....perhaps you didn't recognize her walking around without any clothes on She was also the mom in Spy Kids....I guess Robert Rodriguez likes her!
  17. QUOTE (war2112 @ Sep 19 2005, 12:42 AM) ....I will probably just keep watching to see more of this Carla Gugino chick. I know she's not new or anything, I recognize her name, but I really don't know if I've ever actually seen her before.... Have you seen Sin City yet? You get to see a WHOLE LOT of her in that film! I really liked the Threshold premiere also. I'll be checking out more episodes for sure.
  18. So, have you been hyped for the new TV season, or could you care less? Personally, I've been too busy to pay attention to the new shows, but now they are coming fast and furious. The only new show that I have watched so far is "Threshold", and I like it alot! It's an alien invasion-type show....sorta got an X-Files vibe. I will be watching this one after the heavy duty intro that I saw tonite. Otherwise, I haven't watched anything new. I will be watching the new season of Lost (grudgingly....my unhappiness with last season's finale of this show has been documented in this forum previously). I hear that Prison Break is an awesome new show, but I have missed the first few episodes. Anyone watching this? So, what has caught your fancy this year??!?!
  19. Sit on my face and tell me that you love me, I'll sit on your face and tell you I love you, too. I love to hear you o-ra-lise When I'm between your thighs, You blow me awaaay. Sit on my face and let my lips embrace you, I'll sit on your face and then I'll love you truly. Life can be fine if we both sixty-nine, If we sit on our faces in all sorts of places and play 'Till we're blown awaaaaaaaay.
