  2. Everyday Glory is the best song on Counterparts. One of my very favorite Rush songs. To each his own.
  3. Animate Driven Half The World The Color Of Right Between Sun & Moon Totem The Speed Of Love Double Agent Resist Limbo Everyday Glory I think I’ll make a new playlist with those choices!
  4. Great album. Candy-O is even better! One is one of the best sounding recordings I’ve heard. The individual albums are being remastered and rereleased in “Expanded Editions”. I have a couple of them and they all sound awesome. Especially Heartbeat City.

All of the Counterparts songs are a warm up for “Everyday Glory”. Easily the best song on the album and another song that hasn’t been played live.
  6. Yep, exactly me tbh!! That proves it then. Great minds do think alike!
  7. If it’s Rush, it’s all good. Put all their songs in a playlist and hit shuffle.
  8. I’d go see Tesla every chance I could. The only bad part is they are opening the show. Their main act shows are awesome.
  9. Excellent record. One of those where every song is good. Pretty good production for the era also. Tesla did some good covers from that record
  10. Sorry to hear about this. Glad your back.
  11. Congrats TM! It seems a lot longer than 6 years!
  12. Laurel. Even when I try real hard to hear Yanny.
  13. It was just another day. Another year closer to starting to collect my GE pension. Only 2 more years!
  14. No, I am similar except my equipment is not as good as yours! Options are a good thing! Every thing I have is 10-40 plus years old except the ipod and a USB compatible turntable. The 8tracks are kaput. The RCA Victor Model 711 consol is 1960's. I play the older vinyl on that, even Marty Robbins. It also has am-fm radio and needs no antenna. I have an addiction to collecting old stuff. Oops. That sounds like our house too. We still have a good Pioneer receiver and turntable from the 1970's and some excellent speakers packed away under the stairs somewhere. I finally gave up on that equipment being unpacked and bought some Onkyo stuff from Amazon and some speakers so I could listen to some of my old stuff besides cd's! I love the sound of my “vintage” stereo gear. When I really want to listen, I use my 39 year old Sansui G9000 that I bought new in 1979 and have played nearly every day since. It’s one of the best “monster receivers” from the late 70s’ and early 80s’. I have it paired with a set of Definitive Technologies BP-8080SST speakers. Every media I play through it from 8-Tracks to Bluetooth sounds truly incredible.
  15. Usually, I pick one of my 13 Rush playlists and press “shuffle”.
  16. “Walking On A Thin Line” from Sports is an awesome song. “Do You Beleive In Love” and “Is It Me” from Picture This are both really good too.
  17. Canadian band FM. “City of Fear” is a great album from the Ben Mink era.
