  1. AWFUL f*ckin' MOVIE. AWFUL! Just....f*ckin'...awful. It was funny....in a very uncomfortable way.
  2. I feel for you... I really do. Stay strong, man. Keep fighting. It's nice to see a lot of "none today" posts. I know from personal experience how hard it is living with a chronic condition that is hard to control and interferes with your daily life. I can understand medicine and doctors that are very little help. Stay strong and keep positive. I'll pray for you.

QUOTE (Mandalorian Hunter @ Jun 23 2010, 12:23 PM) QUOTE (GeddyLeefan2112 @ Jun 23 2010, 04:50 PM) QUOTE (Mandalorian Hunter @ Jun 23 2010, 11:40 AM) QUOTE (GeddyLeefan2112 @ Jun 23 2010, 03:28 PM) Starlight: Great song OR greatest song? Discuss. Ok, coming from the perspective of a long-timer; where's the none of the above option? Starlight is a good song, but it's the worst on BHaR and SHOULD have been dropped for any one of the B-Sides - Easily, Glorious or Crying Shame. To suggest that it's Muse's greatest song, well, that's just absurd. And before you counter with the opinion argument, opinion doesn't even come into it! To say Starlight is Muse's greatest song is wrong. Plain, flat-out wrong!!! Of course, I'm typing slightly tongue-in-cheek above, but I am curious of the reasons you'd consider Starlight their greatest song, above the other songs universally recognised as awesome. Of course my post wasn't meant to be completely serious... I just happen to really be digging Starlight right now. My favorite song by Muse is probably Knights of Cydonia. I don't think there is a universally "greatest song ever" by any band. I think every individual person has their favorites. I think you misunderstood me. I didn't claim there was a universal 'greatest song ever' for Muse. Just that those songs that every Muse fan loves are also the songs that would be voted ahead of aforementioned song 90 to 95% of the time. Besides, your question asked if it was the greatest which means we move away from opinions and into the realms of universal acclaim, majority votes and whatnot. Plus, regardless of individual opinion, Starlight isn't the greatest Muse song. Well you said above songs that are "universally recognized as awesome".

  9. I've been a fan for 5 years. I've seen them once, soon to be twice. So I guess I'm 5 until August 29th.
  10. That scene absolutely terrified me when I first saw this movie. I was pretty young, though. I still think its creepy. EDIT: The Thing is one of the greatest movies of all time, let alone horror movies. The blood test scene is great, right up there with the heart attack/defibrillator scene.

I hope I've got this out of context and there's more to it. But that is staggeringly awful! What the hell was he thinking? Honestly, words fail me........ I admit I thought the same thing...what if the baby had been in trouble? Not to mention, if your child is crying, it's usually a good idea to at least take a look to find out why Janie, please don't take offense...I'm sure I've read this wrong, and there is more to it. Nope. You have it right. Unfortunately. I'm still so mad at him I can barely see straight. If my man ever did that he wouldn't be able to WALK straight.
  16. QUOTE (tick @ Jun 7 2010, 07:58 AM) Non Superhero comic book movies blow Donkey balls. Marmaduke is probably the equivalent of bamboo under finger nails. not quite but close. Pshhh... Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is gunna be sick.
  17. QUOTE (LeaveMyThingAlone @ Jun 7 2010, 11:52 AM) I happen to know that Score Out does have an "in" in the Rush Camp and what he was posting was accurate. The opening song WILL be the Spirit of Radio and everything else has has posted has been accurate. I thought it was great to have someone "in the know" posting here, but as usual, a few extremely negative (or jealous?) doubters didn't just ignore, but chose to insult the guy, and now he may not post again. Why should he when he constantly has to defend himself? Dont blame him for bolting. For everyone calling him out to post who his source is, or to just post the whole setlist, why would he jeopardize his friendship and "in" to do that? I am sure giving clues and hints along the way was ok, and I thought it was kind of fun...but the constant negativity from some of the members screwed that up too. Good work TRF members! Well played! You sure taught him... The thing is... if he didn't want to give away the information, he shouldn't have SAID ANYTHING. Of course that's going to arise suspicion when someone says "oh yeah I know the setlist, not going to give it to you though". He gave pretty general clues that pretty much anyone with a brain could put 2+2 together to figure out. He didn't really bring any great revelations to the table, so why even say anything? And then he wonders why everyone didn't just blindly believe him? He gave no proof of his information. Dunno if you know this, but this is the internet. Anyone can say anything. It's not attacking the guy to say "Yeah I really don't buy this. We'll see." Anyone who jumped on him and called him names was out of line. That's out of line in any scenario. I'm not about to back that up. I remain skeptical in the whole thing. Maybe he's part of the Rush camp. Maybe he's not. Honestly, I couldn't care less. I'll know the setlist on June 29th.

Posted: Jun 4 2010, 07:50 PM Report Post Quote Post The Seeker * Group: Members Posts: 355 Member No.: 4,813 Joined: 10-May 07 Location: Red Sox Nation Local Time: 1:31 pm Probably worth saying again that the "rumored" setlist is 100% *not* what was brought into rehearsals. There's certainly a fair amount of material on that setlist that is included in the actual set, but the published setlist is absolutely not based in any kind of fact. Which one is it Score out? Per your post 5/21 this set list wasn't even close to being accurate. On 6/4 you say a fair amount of those songs ARE on the setlist. Spill the beans! sorry about the quoting, still don't have that quite figured out. Seems like he's trying to cover all the bases so whatever the set list actually is he can look like he was correct.
