Derek, The reference I made about is Toronto that good or Tampa that bad is just a personal reflection! To me these teams are pretty fairly matched with the edge going to Tampa for the experience factor! The game on Friday night was a terrible outing by my beloved team! Toronto was on their A game and was able to take advantage of Tampa's blunders! Also there was definitely horrid calls (& no calls) during that game! Last night's game was the exact opposite! (I have seen calls, no calls ,plays & no plays by both clubs!) I have gotten a lot of jeering from my Tampa Bay Lightning brothers & sisters for being on the cautious side when it came to this series! 99% of the fans down here had the mentality Tampa was going "Steamroll" over the Leafs because of their past record! I was like not that fast! This is a solid group and their "hungry" and that is a dangerous combination! I was originally thinking this game would go to Tampa in 6! It is apparent that this match will more than likey it will go to a game 7. So far neither team has been able to win more than one game at a time! At this time for more than obvious reasons whom ever will be able to win two (or more) in a row, will take the series! As I mentioned before I believe this will be one of the toughest series me Bolts will face! If we get through this I think we'll go all the way! LET'S GO BOLTS!!! 🌩️⚡🌩️⚡🌩️⚡🌩️

Well Game 3 "turd' out to be a $#!T Show on ice for Tampa! Taking a 5-2 loss (2 of the Leafs 5 were empty netter's) for Toronto to go up 2-1 in round one. As a Bolts fan it was one of those games that made me ask myself, Is Toronto that good? Or is Tampa just that bad? Mix in some horrid calls (and no calls) by the refs and it was a long night for Tampa! Tampa tried to dig deep and make things go their way in the 3rd by pulling within one (3-2). However playing catch up all night the late effort was indeed too little too late! On a lighter note it was really nice to be back in Amalie for playoff hockey they always do a lot of special effects & such for the post season! It's just to bad the Lightning couldn't complement the house!!! On to game 4 Sunday. LET'S GO BOLTS!!! 🌩️⚡🌩️⚡🌩️⚡🌩️

Tampa's Post Season starts Monday @ Toronto. The consensus by most lightning fans is since Toronto has not won anything to write home about since 2004, Tampa will breeze right by them! Myself hold a more cautious optimism regarding this round! I believe Toronto is more formidable than years past! I think the Lightning are still working (across the board) on concerning issues! I think Toronto is going to bring everything thing the have & the kitchen rink with it! Tampa cannot afford to look past the Leafs! I believe this will be one of the toughest series of the playoffs for Tampa! Only time will tell!! Let's GO Lightning!!! ⚡⚡⚡

I normally don't watch too much college ball especially if the teams are not Florida ones However with me having a (very rare) Saturday off after working almost 160hrs in the last two weeks! I was lounging around half watching/napping and the broadcast crew brought up the fact that the Ohio State Band did a 1/2 time tribute to :rush: !!! My better half asked if I saw it or slept through it? I explained TV rarely shows the 1/2 time show. So all it took was one Google search and there it was! It was B E A Utiful!! The choreography was amazing! The double neck guitar formation and Neil playing the kit formation! But the one that brought a tear to my eye was Neil on his motorcycle! Truly a "Ghost Rider" now!! And to think the kids doing this are still inspired by music of a band that they probably heard their parents loved and listened too. Incredible!!! Well Done!! Long Live :rush:

I can tell you that down here even though with the departure of one of our Stars Yanni Gourde to the expansion Krackens. Excitement is so thick you can cut it with a knife in Tampa! I feel sad for Geddy! Losing a Mom is probably the hardest thing for a son to endure. No one will ever love you more than your Mother. My Mom passed in 1989 and I miss he everyday so I can empithize . I am happy for Mary because she is on her way home to be reunited with all those that left before her! Her long lived toil has concluded in this place and she now belongs in the great beyond. Safe journeys Mary rest in peace. Shalom... <>< :angel: :rose: :angel: <><
