Probably the same way Neil did (And other Rush fans who have been there--they've left messages!, squatters, and maybe bears too!!). Through what USED to be a door....

So sad to see that place in such disrepair... It's even worse than when Neil visited......... If anyone visits, please be respectful of the place, it's sad enough seeing it like that....... The main room has actually been re-done since the Rush videos from Moving Pictures. The room used to end where the wooden post to the right of the pic is (And that first ceiling beam in the foreground). That was the wall where the patio door was, and you can see the old wall limit under the "2015" in my watermark in front of which Neil's drums were... Geddy has vehemently said in numerous interviews that he is NOT anywhere ready to stop. He is not a stay at home/drinking scotch/making 13 year old gay jokes with his rent-a-cop buddy kinda guy... I'm sure it will hit him hard on August 2nd, and I am also sure he will quickly fall back on his feet and realize that there are TONS of musicians out there with whom he can make music.... And AWESOME music at THAT! (Since I'm convinced 90% of Rush's music come from him anyways...) Go Ged! :geddy:

Anyone else on a computer? I haven't used it since last Wednesday, since I wasn't here Friday and Sunday was my show... I Missed the Boston one... Maybe something changed in Periscope.....

Aww!! What a smile lit up my face! Good thing I discovered I could view the pictures Opera won't load for me on IE, which is where I had to go to see this. I notice Neil didn't join them. He's such a....such a....oh, never mind. I'm sure Neil is off in the wilderness somewhere with his buddy Michael. Neil & Michael were out of Montreal quicker than you can say "Escape From Clinton County Jail"! It's just about 80 miles from Montreal, I hope they don't stake 'em out and steal their bikes!! ;)

Hi, all! I posted the pic in the Periscope thread, but thought I'd post it here so it's not buried in the other thread that will soon become inactive, and since I meant to also post this anecdote about Neil! After his drum solo, he raised his water bottle to the crowd, and then spun a towel over his head for a few seconds... Wow... Never saw Neil make such direct contact with the crowd! Did he do that at the other shows, too?? I don't want to post all my pics at once, since they might be my last ever Rush pics, so I selected one for now... The doublenecks, as it was a highlight (AND FIRST!!) of my 32 Rush concert "carreer" AND since I was so excited to have spotted the JetGlo one in his rack of basses at the rehearsal place!
