It's kind of cool listening to Neil, but I could do without the other dweebs. I don't know how I missed this when it was on, except that wasn't a big fan of the show. I scanned for parts focused on Neil. He's such a brainiac! Watching this makes it easier to understand his discomfort with fans...and people in general. Who talks like this? He is definitely the most articulate person on the show! He would be such a fun person to shoot the breeze with.

How about Wahpeton? This one is actually kind of hard to write out! Wah-peh-ton The vowels in peh and ton are barely noticeable and only subtly different, but it's three syllables. The real phonetic way to write it out is wah-pə-tən I did the American Legion Boys State back in high school, and it was held there at the North Dakota State College of Science. :7up:

You might never guess.... but Fargo is pronounced Far-go. :o Ok, one town in North Dakota that actually has an unclear pronunciation is Mandan. It's just pronounced Man-Dan, but sometimes visitors call it Man-din.

Duke for me. But I really like Abacab and ATTW3. Deep in the Motherlode is one of my favorites!

I really like Face Up... But I like The Big Wheel a lot better. And Dreamline. And Bravado is beautiful.

For me, it's Speed of Love, hands down. I'm just going to take this moment to say that I actually loooooove Hand Over Fist. Rush at the top their game. Seriously.

My Brightest Diamond has a new album coming out, and that has me excited. I'm also looking forward to the new Opeth. As far as 2013 releases, I really enjoyed Arcade Fire's Reflektor and Steven Wilson's The Raven Who Refused to Sing and Other Stories.

I mainly use it to keep up with people who live really far away from me, and I follow music groups that I like because they often post their tour dates on Facebook as soon as they come out. I also use it to send links to my close friends; not everyone I know has a smartphone, so SMS doesn't always work for sharing that kind of stuff, and everyone in my generation hates email. And very occasionally, if I have an important announcement to make (like if I'm having a recital or I'm moving), I will post about it.

High between 55-65, low between 40-45. Occasional showers with periods of sunshine (or overcast all day is fine too). Calm.
