The single least scary shark film I've ever seen. And this is coming from someone who saw Jaws 3 in 3D in the theater!! Just a cheesy, silly movie.

Just saw this one a couple days ago...

The studio version of Bravado is excellent, but it's when it's played live that it really comes to life...there's a certain guitar note that comes after the line 'And if the music stops' and before the line 'There's only the sound of the rain', a *BWONG* if you will...and standing in the audience, on the floor, the first time I felt that note...not heard, felt, it felt like that note went through me. It was a sublime moment and where I liked that song before that moment, I've loved it ever after. Listen to it live sometime, fairly loud, even recorded...you'll feel it.

My mom hated Mamma Mia and after watching that Nostalgia Critic episode I can see why. Pierce Brosnan can’t sing at all. Ugh, I'm w/ your Mom on this one. Honestly, no one in that movie can sing, except the girl that plays the daughter and maybe the actor that played her fiance. Who told Meryl Streep she could sing, or Pierce Brosnan, or Colin Firth? Did no one listen to them before they made the movie? I don't care how good of actors they are, they can't hold a tune to save their life! The whole movie is just cringeworthy. It's embarassingly overacted and over the top and the only thing going for it is that the location is gorgeous. They absolutely butcher some of those ABBA songs. :(

See?!...what you call beautiful, I call atonal, tone deaf crap. Good News First, We Hold On, and Bravest face are just awful, no thanks. but that's ok, you go ahead and love it...I don't mind S & A other than those three. I find it preferable to CA at least (which also contains quite a lot of atonal and tone-deaf, along w/ a good share of the funeral dirge vocals).
