I had to travel up to Canada to see them on the last tour. I thought they would do a second leg like they did for ADTOE but they did not. I said before in this thread that it just seems like the band released the last album did a quick tour and then forgot about the album entirely. They were being booked in some bigger venues on the ADTOE tour that they weren't even gonna fill up even at the height of their popularity. Unfortunately, I think this worked against and that's why there was only one short leg for the last tour. It's too bad a lot of fans had to miss out on that tour because of the incompetent venue booking on the previous one. Not filling those larger venues up really hurt their chances of getting shows in a lot of areas. Now the tour bookers and venues just see them as a band who didn't draw well last time, so they passed on booking them again. Well they typically play either The Pompano Beach Amphitheater or The Filmore down here. And on the ADTOE in Pompano Beach tour it was full. So I don't get why they never came down here for the last tour....huge bummer. Oh well. Any news on a new album this year? The band's currently in the studio recording a new album which shall be released in the fall.

The Spirit of Radio. I was 16 and it was in December 2012. Two classmates of mine recommended me to start listening to Rush, and so they played me TSOR. I thought the song was great and I started listening to the band.

My first and only one, at the Sweden Rock Festival on June 8 2013. The band headlined the last night of the festival by playing a fantastic 2 hour set. As it was a festival they didn't play 2 sets with intermission but one long set, totally 18 songs. The best song of the evening, in my opinion, was Limelight. They also did a very good version of 2112.

I have no problem with this being Rush's last tour. I hope they will have a great time during this tour, and then take a break and just enjoy life. Of course I am a little dissapointed that I will personally not be able to see them this time around, but I'm so incredibly glad that I got to see them on the Clockwork Angels tour, so I have at least seen them once. Hope the band will a great time on the road this summer!
