What do you think geddy's singing range is? I'm guessing that it may be counter tenor. What do you think?

I liked the kit he used for a farewell to kings. Also moving pictures and signals. The classic kit for me is the 30th anniversy kit. Basically I like every kit from a farewell to kings and after. The earlier kits (for example, fly by night) seem too small after knowing how much percussion he likes to use. What I like even better then the drum kits themselves are the drum beats neil plays on them. Me being a drummer myself, I always like listening to and studying Neil's parts from the songs. I also like his drum solos that he does live. For drummers that is probely the highlight of the show.

What was the first rush album to be originally realesed on cd? Was it presto? I have been trying to search around for this, but I can never seem to find an exact answer. Does anyone know? Thanks.

I would want them to play the song roll the bones with geddy lee actually doing the rapping.

As I like to say, all the rush songs, live and studio, are so good that it's too hard to choose one fav. I could go on and on. Xanadu (esl and studio), limelight (studio), the spirit of radio (studio), Tom Sawyer (studio, esl), closer to the heart (studio, esl, a show of hands), etc.

So far, all of my rush collection is on cd. I don't have any rush on cassette or vinyl because I never play them.

I would want him to use voice enhancements or falsetto to get the higher stuff. His voice is getting lower and lower every album. His voice sounds gradually deeper every album they release. His vocals sound different even in snakes and arrows then it does in clockwork angels. For now, his voice is fine. He is most defiantly not lip syncing. Wouldn't it look silly for a guy who normally sings low to be lip syncing the original voice track from closer to the heart? That's what I think.

My favorite live album is exit stage left. All the songs are brilliantly delivered, especially Xanadu. Number two on my list is a show a hands, because of the same reason for exit stage left. I like the live version of marathon from a show of hands.

As I would always say, there are so many good rush songs, its hard to choose a favorite. When I voted, I think I went with either new world man, or subdivisions. I like both of those songs, along with the analog kid. This is one of my fav rush albums.

Is the pun intented when you say counterpart (as in top 30 COUNTERPART(S))?

What do you think rush's best live performance is? Whats your feedback (pun partially intended) on the different performances?

The only song I know from hemispheres is la villa.

I say the album was great, although I only know one song from the album (red sector a), and this was way before I was born (the first album realesed after I was born was vapor trails (I was born in 1999)).

What I think is mind blowing is the version of Xanadu of Exit Stage Left. If you dont know this song, first listen to the original version, then the exit stage left version.

Well, you have to keep in mind that some songs are shorter then others. Those three songs that they put in probaly total up to the exact length or shorter of subdivisions and the pass.

The absolute best song that I feel goes with this topic is Red Barchetta. Its such a classic song with such great lyrics and instumentation.

Red Barchetta is one of their classic songs from one of their classic albums. The song would be in the top 15 on my list of favs.
