  2. Yep, thanks to several awesome scopers I was able to watch the whole Toronto (Friday) show / the second part of the San Jose show / the whole Las Vegas show / the second part of the Irvine show / the whole LA show. & to all of them!
  3. No way they play something new on the very last show- maybe ever- that they haven't practiced the bejesus outta' first. They wouldn't want to risk a train wreck on that last day :( I suspect this board will be pleasantly surprised come Saturday night 1030 pm PST. :) I knew this guy was full of crap. When I started reading his posts here he immediately reminded me of the bard in the Asterix & Obelix comic books: Cacofonix is the village bard. He is usually only a supporting character, but has a major part in the plots of some albums (see Asterix and the Normans, Asterix the Gladiator, Asterix and the Magic Carpet and Asterix and the Secret Weapon). He loves singing and playing his lyre, and jumps at every opportunity to do so. He also plays the bagpipes, drum and a Celtic trumpet resembling a boar called a Carnyx. While he can accompany traditional dances, and conducts a village band, his singing is unbearable. In Asterix and the Normans it is so unbearable that it teaches the fearless Normans the meaning of fear. In recent albums his music is so spectacularly horrible that it actually starts thunderstorms (even indoors), because of an old French saying that bad singing causes rain. For his part, Cacofonix considers himself a genius and a superb singer, and he is angrily offended when people criticize his singing, to the point of dismissing them as barbarians. He is slightly effeminate, often seen smoothing back his hair and holding his head up high. Some villagers go to extreme lengths to avoid hearing Cacofonix's music. Most notably, Fulliautomatix, the village smith, bangs him on the head at the merest hint of breaking into a song, and has destroyed his lyre on a number of occasions, at one point being called the "ancestor of music critics". As a running gag, Cacofonix is generally tied up and gagged during the banquet at the end of most albums to allow the other villagers to have a good time without having to keep him from singing. source: https://en.wikipedia...erix_characters

  13. Oh nooo. I'm so sorry. Keeping fingers crossed for number 5! There seems to be not much rhyme or reason to what is and what is not getting signed now near the end of the tour. I hope it works out for you! Hope so too :)
  14. Yes, it's sooooo awesome to have this even though it's still far away in TX It felt almost like I held it in my own two hands during the FaceTime conversation :sundog:
  15. Well, after two weeks my wait is over... Just saw this coming out of the envelope live on FaceTime :) While my friend was opening the envelope he said "none of them have signed it, I'm so sorry my dear..." ...And then this popped into view on my little iPhone screen... First I did and then :cheerleader:  :7up:
  16. How bizarre. My friend went to the post office when he sent it out to Seattle and I think he may not have been told about this 13 oz thing. He's put the Key Arena as the sender on the return package. Lucky for us he did get track & trace for the return envelope as well so he was able to determine where it ended up so all will be well after all in the end :D Well this is where it apparently went wrong with my package on it's way back to TX! From the track & track info that was given to my friend at the post office he had discovered that my return envelope had been returned to the Key Arena instead of his TX address. He has contacted them and he was most fortunate to have been put in touch with a super nice staff member who not only located the envelope but was also super kind to drop it off at the post office and even bought track and trace for it as well! So, now it's only anoher 24 hours and then me and my friend will be able to open the package together via FaceTime :) Soooooo excited!!! And within a month's time I'll be able to hold it in my hands when I meet up with him in person! I spoke with this lady via email looking for my package. I guess the items that were over 13 ounces were returned . She wrote down the names of every one being sent back out. So you were iin the same boat as me. How may others were there in total? Did she give you a number? I really am super happy she was willing to return all our itmes :) She did not give a number. She mentioned she had several. I had myself as the sender and return . I'm sure my package is sitting in a post office somewhere ... I emailed her last night asking which post office I should start checking at . Tried going through post office general service really difficult if the tracking number is not showing up in the system Oh dear :( I really hope it'll turn up. This must be agonizing for you. Keeping my fingers crossed...
  17. If you get in a plane in the next 24 hours you will arrive in LA in time to see the show! That would be impossible ;) My ESTA has expired a couple of weeks ago. You need to apply for a visa at least 72 hours before you travel to the US from here. Believe me I was reeeaaaally temped to come out to Vegas & LA, but I didn't apply for a new ESTA on purpose because I was afraid I could not control myself and buy: a way to expensive airplane ticket two super overpriced show tickets from Stubhub in a moment of Rush madness :D
  18. Or he's really sad right now... Only one show left and then reality will hit them as well...
